How long does it take for my order to ship?

Typically ships within 3 business days

How do I start the Return/Exchange process?

On our website scroll to the bottom of the page and there is a tab that says, “Customer Support” right below that is a link that says “RETURN AN ITEM”. Fill out the information and you will get an email with further instructions.

Why is my return request not accepted?

Our return policy states that all returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. All of our transactions are processed through Paypal and for your protection they don’t store card information after 60 days. We have to have all items received before this point in order to issue a return. If the item you are wanting to return was purchased all sales final then you will not be approved to return that item.

Can I add another item to my order?

No, we cannot add items to an order that has already been placed but go ahead and email us both of your order numbers and we will combine the orders and refund you the shipping for the 2nd order.

Can I combine my shipping costs if I order more than once?

Yes, if orders are placed within 12 hours of each other, please email us the order numbers and we will combine them for you and refund the shipping costs.

Why can’t I log into my account?

In May 2016 we upgraded our website and unfortunately, the old accounts and information did not transfer over.  You will need to create a new account on the new website.

Will You Price Adjust My Order If It Just Went On Sale?

We do not offer price adjustments on previous orders.

Can I use more than one coupon per order?

You can only use one coupon per order. 

 

What is the best/quickest way to get a hold of Customer Service?

While you can always call us it is best to email us directly at service@persnicketyclothing.com. You will be responded to within the hour. Customer Service hours are as follows:  Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00 MST if you contact us after those times you will be responded to the next business day.
