Delivery Information

 

Our top priority is to make sure you get the products you ordered as soon as possible. In most situations we are able to ship your order within one business day.  During sales it takes us a little longer due to the increased number of orders.  We will ship all orders within 3 business days of the order being placed.  

    We encourage you to be very careful about what you are ordering. Once our shipping center pulls the orders to ship we can no longer change them. 

          2.  You have 30 days to return any current season item. 

    • We just require it be un-used/worn, in it's original packaging and that you create a Return Request for us to assist as quickly as possible with a refund or exchange.
    • If a return request is not created it will take a bit longer to work it out and get you what you want.

         3.  All sales are final for all Clearance, Outlet, or Deals items unless:

    • The item you ordered is wrong
    • The item you ordered is damaged
    • If you return an item that does not meet this criteria without submitting a Return Request we will not be able to issue a refund.
