She has a big gathered ruffle gathered to the skirt, two adorable and adjustable ties and a vintage lace detail on the bodice front. She looks adorable with our matching dot bow and the Floppy Brim Hat. This will be such a happy edition to her floral. For production, the strap length will be more like the flat, a bit shorter than on model.
