PERSNICKETY SHIPPING POLICY Persnickety will ship an order within two business days (usually one). Orders will be shipped U.S. Priority mail for the price of $5.95 shipping and handling. Shipping price is the same no matter the amount of merchandise being shipped. Orders typically arrive three days after being shipped.
PERSNICKETY REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY We want you to be happy with your Persnickety purchase and will do our best to accommodate returns and exchanges. Obtain a Return Authorization After becoming familiar with the return policy stated below, the next step is to email us at: returns@persnicketyclothing.com. In the email, please state: 1 Your name, date of transaction, name of the item(s) involved in request 2. Do you desire a return or exchange? 3. What is the reason you are seeking a return or exchange? 4. If you are seeking an exchange, state the item name and size you desire. We will send you a Return Authorization form to include with your return. Items Must Be Returned in New Condition All items for return or exchange must be returned to us in new condition – unworn, unwashed, without soil or stain. If we receive an item we feel does not meets these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the item. In the event an item is returned in a condition where it cannot be resold, the order will be sent back and additional shipping charges will apply. Returns - Timing Returns for a refund are accepted if received within 14 days of order shipment. Returns arriving 11-30 days after the order was shipped will be for store credit only minus a 10% restocking fee. Items are not eligible for return or store credit after 30 days from the date the order was placed. Note: Previous shipping fees are non-refundable. Your card will be promptly credited (minus the initial shipping charges and restocking fee if applicable as explained above). Exchanges - Timing We ask that we receive exchanges within 14 days of order shipment. Items are not eligible for exchange after 30 days from the date the order was placed. To expedite your exchange, you may immediately place a new order for the item desired. Then, when we receive your return, we will refund the amount previously paid (minus original shipping). Procedure Obtain a Return Authorization as stated at the beginning of this section. Complete the information requested and include it in the return. Return items (in condition stated above) with tags originally attached. Repack the item in its original packaging if possible. Include the original sales receipt or a copy. For your security, we advise that you insure the package as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Prepay shipping on items returned.
